I had a single accident, including DUI. The insurance does not say fall in alcohol-related waiver. Does this mean that companies refuse my request. Is there a possibility that the insurance company could claim for themselves or with American Express.

I know not to be rude, but what happens when you try to act cool and do stupid things, too.
